Ten Hag was Successful in Ajax because he had a proper supportive structure above him that supports him and supports his ideas. @Manutd we lack any proper structure above the manager. Since the days of Mourinho and this has been our biggest issue why managers fail at United. They failed to get him his 1st priority targets, may be even 2nd, so went for 3rd or 4th priority targets. Did not buy him to cover all the positions he needed covering. Did not sell all the players he needed selling. Guardiola is given all freedom and time to experiment with his players, and if a new signing fails, he is allowed to sell and buy again until it works. Arteta has been also given the green light by Arsenal to remove whomever he likes and buy whomever he likes and was given time and patience to build, and now everyone who asked for his head, can see the progress. Our players are spoiled and failed many managers before Ten Hag. They are very weak mentally, they regress upon every contract renewal. They drop after every goal we conceive. Plus we still have many bad apples in the dressing room. So people who are walking into the same trap we've into 3 times before is nothing but a baffling behaviour!!!!!! But I'm impressed by our players ! For real! For being able to con this fan base 3 or 4 times in a row and convince some people that they are once in a lifetime talent but they are just mismanaged by a bad coach is nothing but impressive work of con men.
